Techknow, Inc. is announcing the end of sales (EOS), end of engineering (EOE), and end of life (EOL) of the Techknow Models # TV100, MB220, FP100, FP110 and all related Software.

The EOL date is 3 years from installation. Techknow will continue phone support for a period of 12 months, ending on December 31, 2005. Same dates apply to all affected products (see list below).

Replacement Products

On July 2002, our new Line of OCS (TK3000) for Techknow was available. This has been the only OCS available for Techknow since then.

For any McDonalds that currently has our MB220, FP100, or FP110 you have the option of upgrading at a discount of $2000.00 off our list price. This offer is only good till 12-31-04.

This does not affect customers who have purchased our new line of products. You will be able to continue to operate your systems with the original service and support for the specified period of time indicated when you purchased your system.

Availability

The Techknow repair/order ability will be closed on 8-31-04 or at which time parts become unavailable to Techknow which ever comes first. Replacement products listed above will be available and orderable.
